If items are not listed do not worry or out of stock, we have extensive resources to assist you, We also treat every call as of high importantance to us as we feel your satisfaction lays in hand with our reputation.

Q. What if I find the same product cheaper else where?

A. At SOS Catering Equipment & Engineering Ltd we pride ourselves on a reliable and quality after care service so when you buy a machine from us we plan for you to keep it for life, therefore when purchasing a machine your not only getting a product but your also getting that peace of mind after care service if anything goes wrong. As a result you may find prices cheaper elsewhere but we promise to value your custom and look after you in the unlikely event you have a problem.

Q. Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?

A. Yes, your credit card information is secure on our website. Upon check-out, your details are sent to the bank directly via secure encryption. Your personal information will not be stored on any other systems and none of our employees will ever have access or see your credit/debit card details.

Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery of my products?

A. Once your order has been processed and payments have been fully cleared, standard delivery is 3-5 working days or 1-2 working days for express delivery.

Q. Can I have a product delivered outside of the UK?

A. We are happy to supply products to countries outside the UK. Please call us for a qoute for delivery. Alternativly we can liase with your couriers to arrange collection.

Q. What if my product is damaged when it is delivered?

A. SOS CATERING EQUIPMENT LTD must be informed of any damages within 24 hours of delivery. We strongly advise that if there is visible damage on the box when delivered the item must be signed as damaged in the unlikely event it has been damaged by our couriers who do aim to get all packages to you on time and safely. You will then be informed of how to return the damaged product and a replacement will be arranged if necessary.

Q.What if my equipment breaks down within the first few months?

A. Most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which lasts 12 months. Contact us directly if your product breaks down within 12 months of purchase.

Q. Does reconditioned equipment come with any warranty?

A. All machines reconditioned and sold on by SOS Catering Equipment & Engineering Ltd come with a 3 Months ‘RETURN TO BASE’ warranty.

A. Should you require any spares for your equipment look in the spares department of our online shop or contact the our spares department on 0208 531 8543.
