Orders
All prices are subject to VAT, and most of our products include delivery costs, although some manufacturers do make a delivery charge.
You may pay by credit card with no additional charge, or by cheque. All cheques will need to clear before goods are delivered.
Validity of Quotation
No purported variation of these terms will constitute a contract until accepted in writing by SOS Catering Equipment Ltd. SOS has the right to refuse any orders including subsequent to sending of an acknowledgment email, or repairs if payment has not been received in full.
Force Majeure
SOS shall not be liable to the customer, or deemed to be in breach of contract with the customer, by reasons of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of SOS obligation to the goods. If the delay or failure is due to force majeure or any other cause beyond SOS control.
Applicable Law
Our conditions shall be governed by and constituted in accordance with English law, and the parties acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
Any court summons - SOS will choose which court we would like to attend.
Returned Goods or Cancelled Orders

SOS will charge a restocking fee of 25% on all goods returned.

Customers are responsible for returning all goods ensuring that they are packaged suitably, and for obtaining proof of delivery and receipt.

Carriage costs will be the customer's responsibility.

All repairs will be attended to as soon as possible, but SOS cannot guarantee the time or date, and SOS is not liable for any delays.

Claims for damaged goods on delivery must be reported within 24 hours by telephone, and followed up in writing by email within 48 hours stating the damage and defects of the items received from the carrier.

SOS shall be under no liability if the defect or failure, within reason from SOS, arises from wilful damage or misuse, negligence by the customer or third party. Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or alterations or repair to goods without prior consent from SOS will invalidate the warranty.

SOS will not be liable for any loss or damage, loss of profit or any other claims for compensation.
