Q. Will this equipment operate effectively with a hard water supply?
A. All equipment that uses water must have a suitable water softener treatment to prolong the life of the machine. If not fitted, the warranty on the equipment is invalidated.

Q. Is a gas hose pipe supplied with equipment?
A. All gas equipment comes without a catering gas hose pipe connection. This is supplied as an extra item.

Q. Is electrical equipment supplied with a suitable connection?
A. Electrical equipment may come with a plug, or without a cable, or even with a European plug. It is standard to have a qualified electrician make your electrical connection.

Q. Who can install my equipment?
A. All equipment should be installed by a qualified engineer, who should be Corgi registered for gas appliances, or a qualified electrician for electric appliances and trained in the use of this equipment .
